TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
diamelle.be is operated by SRL DICA GROUP, Place du Marché 15/002, 4000 Liège, Belgium, CBE 0805.217.289, VAT BE0805.217.289 ("Diamelle", "we"). These terms apply to all orders placed on the site, by consumers and by nail professionals. By ordering, you accept these terms and our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy.

1 – Products. Diamelle offers gel nail products (gel polishes, bases, top coats, accessories) and training through the Diamelle Academy. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are for external cosmetic use on nails; always follow the instructions and precautions on the packaging.

2 – Orders. An order is final once payment is validated and you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of stock shortage, obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; you are then fully refunded.

3 – Prices and payment. Prices are in euros, Belgian VAT included. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is made securely online. An invoice is available on request, with your VAT number if you are a professional.

4 – Delivery. We deliver to Belgium, France and Luxembourg. Rates, carriers and delivery times are detailed in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to the customer on receipt of the parcel.

5 – Right of withdrawal. Consumers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products opened or unsealed after delivery are excluded. Full details in our Refund policy.

6 – Guarantee. Our products are covered by the 2-year EU legal guarantee of conformity. For a defective or non-conforming product, contact support@diamelle.be.

7 – Diamelle Academy training. Bookings are subject to the conditions (dates, location, cancellation) shown on each training booking page.

8 – Liability. Diamelle is not liable for damage resulting from use that does not follow the instructions, or from force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9 – Intellectual property. The Diamelle brand, texts, photos, videos and logos belong to SRL DICA GROUP and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10 – Customer reviews. Reviews on the site come from real customers. We may remove abusive reviews or reviews unrelated to the product.

11 – Platform. The site is hosted by Shopify. All sales are concluded directly with SRL DICA GROUP.

12 – Personal data. Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy policy.

13 – Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to more protective mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence. Please contact us first in case of a dispute. You may also use the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing agreement, the courts of Liège have jurisdiction.
