Diamelle – SHIPPING POLICY
- Scope and Application
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Diamelle (Diamelle.be) and governs the delivery of products within Belgium and supported European destinations.
- Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped via Bpost. Diamelle reserves the right to use equivalent logistics providers where necessary, while maintaining the same service standards.
- Shipping Destinations
Diamelle currently delivers to:
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Selected European Union countries (availability shown at checkout)
Orders cannot be processed for destinations not listed during checkout.
- Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 16:00 (CET/CEST) on business days are shipped the same day (Belgium)
- Orders placed after 16:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day
- Processing includes order validation, packaging, and transfer to the carrier
- Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Belgium: 1–2 business days Netherlands: 2–3 business days EU (other): 3–7 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to operational or external factors.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, parcel size and weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable costs are displayed prior to order confirmation, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Free shipping applies to all orders of €60 or more delivered within the European Union.
- Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number via Bpost. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment.
- Delivery Conditions
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers must ensure all details are accurate and complete. Diamelle is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If the recipient is unavailable, the carrier may attempt redelivery or redirect the parcel to a pickup point.
- Transfer of Risk
In accordance with EU consumer law, risk transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods. Diamelle remains responsible until delivery is completed.
- Delays and Force Majeure
Diamelle shall not be held liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes or force majeure events, or customs processing (if applicable). However, reasonable assistance will be provided to resolve delivery issues.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Deliveries: Customers must notify Diamelle within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographic evidence.
Lost Shipments: An investigation will be initiated with Bpost, and a replacement or refund will be issued where appropriate.
- Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from a pickup point, or repeated delivery failure, the customer may request re-shipment (additional shipping fees apply) or a refund (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Customs and Duties
No customs duties apply within the European Union. For any future non-EU shipments, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
