DIAMELLE – SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery countries: Belgium, France, Luxembourg. Orders to other destinations cannot be processed at this time.

Carriers and rates

• Belgium – Bpost standard delivery: €5.90 – free from €70
• Luxembourg – Standard delivery: €5.90 – free from €70
• France – Mondial Relay, pickup point delivery: €4.90

All prices include VAT. The exact shipping cost is always shown before you confirm your order.

Processing: orders placed before 4 pm on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm, on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: Belgium 1–2 business days · Luxembourg and France 3–7 business days. These are estimates and may vary.

Tracking: you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Transfer of risk: risk passes to the customer on physical receipt of the parcel.

Damaged or lost parcels: notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. For lost parcels, we open an investigation with the carrier and reship or refund.

Returned to sender: if a parcel comes back to us (wrong address, not collected), we can reship it (new shipping costs paid by the customer) or refund the items.
